Ordering

You can purchase Beucare directly through our official website or our Amazon store.

Buying from us means authentic products and real customer support—no guessing games.

All orders are placed securely online.

It’s faster, safer, and no hold music involved.

There are four main reasons that your order may not have been processed:

1. Your credit card information may not meet our website security standards

2. Your payment information may be incorrect

3. Shipping / Ordering may not be available in your country or territory.

4. Your order was flagged by our internal fraud detection system (This usually happens when payment and shipping information do not match.

Why was my order declined or not processed?

Possible remedies:

• Retype payment and billing info, make sure everything is accurate (spelling, billing and shipping info should match)

• Check your email or text messages for fraud alerts from your Credit Card company. You may need to approve the charge and then try placing your order again.

• Try a different payment method

• Try ordering on Amazon.com

If none of the above remedies works, please contact us at support@beucareus.com. We try to get your order prepped and shipped as quickly as possible. This makes changing or canceling your order difficult. However, if you contact us immediately after placing your order, we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Unfortunately, we are unable to edit or cancel an order once shipped. You will need to return the order to get a refund. See the GUARANTEES, REFUNDS & RETURNS section below for more information.

We ship all orders from fulfillment centers within the United States. This allows us to process orders efficiently and provide dependable delivery you can count on.

United States (Continental US): Flat rate free shipping: Typically 2-6 business days

USPS Priority: Typically 2-3 business days

UPS Next Day Air: Next business day (excludes weekend delivery)

UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days (excludes weekend delivery)

We'll send you an order confirmation email with a tracking link that allows you to track the status of your order. For your convenience, we'll email you when your order ships. You can also contact us here to check the status of your order. (Please provide order # when inquiring about order status)

Customers are responsible for all taxes and customs charges including charges imposed by customs once the package enters the destination country.
