At Beucare, we want you to feel confident when trying our products. If Beucare isn’t the right fit for you, we’ll make it right - simply and fairly.
Refund Eligibility
We accept refund requests within 30 days of delivery for the following reasons:
- Product defects or manufacturing issues
- Damage during shipping
- You are not satisfied after trying the product
- Mild skin irritation that prevents continued use
👉 For these cases, no return is required.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds may not be issued for the following situations:
- Bundle or multi-pack orders where more than one unit has been used
- Requests submitted after 30 days from delivery
- Damage caused by improper use or not following instructions
- Repeated or abusive refund requests
Please note: Each customer is eligible for one refund per product.
How to Request a Refund

Include the following information:
- Order ID
- One photo of the product
- A brief explanation of the reason for your request
Processing Time & Refund Method
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after approval. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
